Why it exists
It started as Raya’s problem. Then she realized it was never just hers.
Women already have plenty of apps. One for calories, one for cycles, and another for everything else. But when you are standing in a store holding a jar and staring at an ingredient list you barely understand, none of them answers the question that actually matters:

Raya started asking other women how they made those decisions. Everyone had a routine, but almost no one had a real method. Most were guessing and thought they were the only ones. The more they talked, the more the same patterns kept coming up.
The afternoon crash. The short fuse. The skin that suddenly refuses to cooperate. They seem like separate problems, so we treat them separately. But often, they are connected, to a short night, to stress, to where you are in the month.
Your body shifts day to day, and no two people live it the same way. Add age, life stage, a condition like PCOS, an allergy, skin, goals, culture, habits, and everything else life brings, and the right answer cannot be generic.
